Our Policy

The products displayed on our website are located in Brazil and are shipped directly from our factory.

The estimated average delivery time varies by region and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, strikes, and other unforeseen issues.

All purchases include a tracking code that will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 business days. This code allows the package to be tracked from the moment it leaves our factory until it arrives at your residence.

Deliveries are made by the postal service, but in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery restrictions in certain areas, among other reasons, the postal service may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest post office to the provided address.

Based on our experience, 85% of the products are delivered within 14 days of posting.

Please be attentive when filling out the delivery address to ensure that it is accurate and that delivery can be made within the established timeframe. Remember that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours from the order placement on the website, as the product separation for shipment begins within this period. Also, it is not possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

Tracking information on the postal service website may take 2 to 5 business days to update after the tracking code is provided. Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of the postal services.

The delivery address must be carefully reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient details, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer. If the postal service attempts delivery without success, resulting in the product being held at the post office for pickup and subsequently returned to the sender, a confirmation of reshipment will be required. The delivery timeframe will start anew from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order’s record.

In case of reshipment, a new delivery timeframe will apply.
